KCP makes concentrated long-term investments. We do our own proprietary research and make a select few investments into between 20-30 opportunities.  We structure our portfolio for upside potential, diversification and risk control.  We do not deploy leverage or derivatives.  We work to identify structural long-term trends, invest in businesses creating shareholder value, and we target the most compelling products and services.  We take a long-term approach and see the merit in both value and growth characteristics, but we ultimately underwrite absolute return potential.  We consistently work to balance our conviction with our adaptability.
